Child Safety Standards

Acini has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document sets out our standards, reporting procedures, and commitments.

1. Our position

Acini strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sexualised content involving minors
• Trafficking or exploitation of minors

Any account found to be sharing, storing, or distributing such material will be immediately terminated.

2. How we detect and respond

• User reporting. Every post in Acini has a Report option. Reports related to child safety are treated as the highest priority.
• Review and action. Reports are reviewed promptly. Content that violates this policy is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned.
• Preservation. When required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and account data for law enforcement.

3. Reporting to authorities

In accordance with applicable law, Acini reports confirmed CSAM and CSAE to:

• The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• Relevant national and regional law enforcement authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. How to report a concern

If you encounter any content or behaviour on Acini that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

• In the app: tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select Report.
• By email: contact us at safety@acini.app with as much detail as possible.

All reports are treated confidentially.
